It has been a while since my last post, but doesn’t mean that the project is inactive. Together with Michał from the Polish WHU community, we have streamlined the event data submission process and integrated a lot of data over the past month. With the release of Spitewood and the most recent Rules Updates, big changes were due. This is now completed!
Patch Note:
- Removed old data on warbands with vanilla warscroll
- Updated warband & deck selection, removed warbands with vanilla warscroll (e.g. Steelheart’s Champions)
- Differentiation between old and new warscroll for re-released warbands in the stats (e.g. Zarbag’s Gitz)
- Updated the meta selection in the Dashboard and the spreadsheet
- Updated project documentation – now everything is available in a single Google Docs
- Planned new features for the Dashboard
- Updated the sheet to include metrics for new deck combinations that are now possible (55 in total)
Issues I’m facing
I can’t spent as much time on the project as I used to. This becomes most apparent regarding event data. I barely have time to look for events and contact TOs myself.
However, it is as easy as ever to submit your own events. Basically, you just fill out a form and we take care of the rest. This requires that on your BCP or Shadeglass event page, all players have submitted deck lists, preferably as UnderworldsDB link. if you’re planning an event, make sure that you enforce this behavior.
If you want to help out with finding and importing events (after all, events are the most important source of data), contact me directly. Very little time is required.
